Coin Kaepernick Convinces Nike To Pull Flag-Themed Shoe

It's technically illegal and disrespectful, proving once again, what a patriot Colin is.

§176. Respect for flag
No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.
  • (a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
  • (b) The flag should never touch anything beneath it, such as the ground, the floor, water, or merchandise.
  • (c) The flag should never be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free.
  • (d) The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white, and red, always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker's desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.
  • (e) The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way.
  • (f) The flag should never be used as a covering for a ceiling.
  • (g) The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.
  • (h) The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything.
  • (i) The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard from which the flag is flown.
  • (j) No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.
  • (k) The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning.

Total bollocks. I wear Skechers sneakers for years. They are more comfortable than any other sneakers I have ever worn or tried on. They look stylish, are super comfortable and durable. They cost 30 to 40 dollars. I also own multiple pairs of Hoka for trail running which cost more than 100 dollars each but they also cost way more to make than the average Adidas or Nike sneakers because they are way more durable and the material used is far more advanced than the garbage that goes into Nike sneakers. There is a difference between true value and show off products that simply exist for bragging rights. There are people who need material possessions of certain value to justify their existence and there are people who derive their self worth from their skill set and experience in life.

But claiming that a 100 dollar pair of Nikes is necessarily better than a pair of well chosen sneakers that cost 30 bucks is simply a mislead conviction.

They are overpriced but they are far different than 30 dollar sneakers.I suggest you try some premium Nikes or Adidas ultra boost because I feel sorry for anyone walking around multiple hours a day in 30 dollar sneakers

I did not invent the fact that African Americans more so than Caucasians buy 100 dollar sneakers for bragging rights. Please call me a nationalist because I am, I have zero problem with that. The scientific community that researched iq differences among cultures came to a clear and uncontestable agreement. It's just that those findings are not popular with the denier crowd. But that crowd has zero issue to brag that African Americans have a DNA makeup that favors high athletic achievement compared to other races. And I agree with this because it is scientifically sound. Funny how some people only pick some facts but deny others.

You went from sneakers to white nationalist debunked pseudo science. Besides, your argument falls apart when you see all the white MAGA "high iq" brainwashed cultists.

she should be stripped of citizenship and immediately deported. What part of the word illegal don't they understand?[/URL]

Read your own quoted article where it states "there have been observed differences between average scores of different population groups, but there has been no agreement about whether this is mainly due to environmental and cultural factors, or mainly due to some genetic factor, or even if the dichotomy between environmental and genetic factors is the most effectual approach to the debate."

It's pretty much on top of the wiki article. Do you understand the content? It means there has been wide agreement that there are observed differences of IQ between races, the only disagreement is whether its DNA related or due to environmental and cultural factors. However, there is wide agreement that there are observed differences in IQ between certain races. That is uncontroversial and widely agreed in the scientific community.

Then I am happy to point you to the fact that Skechers sells shoes for men and women. Not sure whether they have a line for trans, queers, or gays, though. You would need to check for yourself. I doubt it, though, given that most companies are still sane enough to understand that there are only 2 genders and 2 sexes, not less, not more. I hope I could comprehensively answer your question.

Nope.
