Cohen flipping

lol . . . . . Mueller is a really really smart guy , he's kept Cohen till the last.
Listen to how Cohen the canary is going to sing.

So, Staphaloccocus got the big interview and all he got was Cohen saying that his family comes first in his life. And he has the lefties there all masturbating over that shocking revelation. Maybe they can bring Geraldo Rivera on to open a vault or Rachel Maddow to reveal some tax returns.

Howz that indictment of Trump on obstruction and collusion coming along?

NOOOOOOOO!!!!! Trump had sex with a WOMAN????? Not his wife? The Horror!!!
Cohen was Trumps fixer and business partner for years,he knows much more than just Stormy Daniels. He is going to have to spill it all of he wants to make it to his kids high school graduation.

unless you think trump's dealings were all clean... Trump is clearly in trouble.
1. You don't think Trump has illegally funneled money to crooked politicians to get things built?
2. You don't think Trump has had to pay off the mafia and union bosses to get concrete and garbage disposal to get things built.
3. You don't think Trump has had to pay off foreigners to get things done?

Willie brown once said the problem with San Diego is that the politicians don't charge enough for bribery. This is the time when the owner of the padres got some big contruction concession from a San Diego Politician for 10 grand. or something like that... if I recall. I found a little bit on it here.

by the way as i said on the other thread... I still think Trump should up and independent commission to investigate the DOJ the FBI and the rest of the swamp. He is a feckless fool if he relies on the swamp to investigate itself.

The idea that wasserman's investigation and prosecutoin could be overseen by her brother or whatever that was... is beyond all possible ethical ... landscapes. not even rules.... its not even within an ocean next to an ethics rule.

New Michael Cohen lawyer Lanny Davis will use position to attack Trump and ‘avenge Hillary’

When President Donald Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen went public this week with his claim that he’s seeking to protect his family and his country in his dealings with the federal investigations into him and his former boss, many believed it was a sure sign that he had decided to flip on the president and cooperate with prosecutors.

Others, however, were skeptical, noting that Cohen could be angling for a pardon from the president.

But when it was announced Thursday that Cohen hired Lanny Davis, a former ally of Hillary Clinton, to be his new lawyer, it became clear that Cohen no longer sees himself on Team Trump.

“If you care about Donald Trump, you ought to be worried,” said MSNBC analyst David Corn about the move. “Lanny Davis is a political player, a spinmeister who’s written books on how to spin, who has an agenda here which is to avenge Hillary Clinton. So if it ever comes to his advice to Cohen on what to do, you can’t separate his loyalty, his fierce loyalty to the Clintons and wanting to set things straight after the 2016 election with what he’s going to be doing with Michael Cohen.”

Cohen almost certainly knew this when he hired Davis — making it all that much more likely that he plans to turn against the president.

by the way this is all premised on the fact that Cohen might have helped him do these things and these things were done inside the statute of limitations. That is obviously speculation.

‘Collusion by any definition’: Legal expert uncovers ‘clear pattern’ of Trump ‘criminal’ conspiracy with Russia

Seth Abramson, a professor and legal analyst, on Thursday provided what he said was “evidence of criminal collusion” between President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign and the Russian government.

In a massive Twitter thread, Abramson said that there was a “clear pattern” of actions taken by the Trump campaign before and after the election which points to a conspiracy to undermine U.S. sanctions against Russia.

Abramson came to the conclusion that there was “likely” collusion with Russia after examining the Trump campaign’s activities in four European countries — Italy, Greece, Hungary and Austria — which wanted sanctions to be lifted.

“As it’s illegal to accept anything of value from a foreign national as part of a campaign, negotiate U.S. policy if one hasn’t been elected, or aid/abet crimes committed against America by other nations, there was *no reason* for Trump to be in contact with these four nations,” Abramson wrote. “So if we detected a *clear pattern* of Trump aides not *only* secretly reaching out to foreign nations, but *exclusively reaching out to nations working to end sanctions on Russia*, and if we saw that pattern in *pre-election behavior*, it’d be evidence of criminal collusion.”

The legal analyst went on to break down the Trump campaign’s actions in each country.

“What is obvious is that *all* of Trump’s top aides—not just a few of them—targeted, and not just after the election but *during the election*, making as many covert contacts and having as many covert negotiations with Russia, Italy, Hungary, and Greece as they possibly could,” Abramson observed. “There’s *no* doubt that Trump was negotiating U.S. sanctions policy during the election and—I must add—both before, during, and *after* the revelation of Russian crimes against the United States. This is collusion (frankly even the meetings are collusion) by *any* definition.”

“Whether Trump also *coordinated* with Russian *hacking* is a separate question—and the jury is still out on that, though the Don Jr.-WikiLeaks secret messages are starting to tell that story,” he concluded. “But collusion on sanctions, and thus aiding and abetting Russian crimes? *Yes*.”
