I live in Southern California. and I am starting to see many people I know get their walking papers. Some after 13 years with a big corporation.
One Single Mom told me she is worried about her job in the construction industry and has already made plans with her cousin to Cohabitate and merge families in a house to rent.
I started thinking of all the new vacant, foreclosed, unsold homes clogging the market here in So California. These 4 and 5 bedroom McMansions in the suburbs cold be rented out by banks, spec owners, home builders, etc.. and soften the blow for many families to come next year.
