To help with coffee jitters, take theanine with the coffee or afterwards and you will be calm as a cucumber with laser focus.
I drink one cup of coffee a day a couple of hours after I wake up. I drink it black and add black pepper, turmeric, and cocao power. Because it looks like mud at the bottom of my coffee cup, I then add the lemon water (which I started drinking after waking up) to drink the mud and take these pills with it:

Then during the day when I need an energy boost or when I don't drink coffee in the morning on weekends, I take this one. It has been a game changer. It helps me get in the flow state or continue grinding when doing physical activity.
