Why don't you go take a look at the statistics of how many children died under the age of 5 from diseases before vaccines were available. Hint: It was a significant portion of the population. I guess your version of the "path to health" means being dead.

I'll give you a hint: start with looking for the original picture. Bonus tip: it has a much better resolution than the one you posted. (I wonder why they would post crappy quality that doesn't allow you to read the names of the products in your facebook group)

I'll give you some more hints: the picture originally was posted on BMC TV's facebook page (and some other local media) on Jan 10th 2020. The parents of the kid are from Iraq. Good luck, please actually try and do your own research. Make a habit of it and please stop posting all that nonsense here.
