Cody Willard

It would be funny if someone could post a video or article where he was pushing stocks like askjeeves when it was over 100.

I guess those videos have somehow disappeared...

Its videos like that make me want to head in the opposite direction the market is taking.

When CNBC says buy small caps, you buy large caps. When CNBC says buy the large caps, you buy small caps. When the say buy foreign, you head for the domestic market.

Oh yeah, when they say to go all in on the equities, its time to consider moving over to bonds or cash.

I have been trying to find out more information on this guy. You can see his articles on The Street and he did appear on CNBC. I did do a search on here and checked the wikipedia, couldnt find anything. He doesnt have much of a biography. All I can find is that he graduated from U of New Mexico with a degree in Economics, worked for a venture capital firm, and then has a hedge fund.

He seems to interest me because it doesnt appear he has a golden resume, doesnt seem to have worked at one of the big names, and it looks like I would see him on a skateboard instead of behind a trade desk.

Usually the guys on CNBC appear in suits but this guy shows up in a leather jacket looking like the fonz. If I met him on the street, I wouldnt think he was managing any money.

Whats the story?

Anybody know what size his fund is at now? I heard he's managing 100m but nobody could ever confirm that, not even ball park figure?!

did you actually listen to the shit that comes out of cody's mouth?

i swear - my track record is better then a fair amount of these sport-color-commentary-rejects.

sorry, it just irritates me when people just 'ride the trend' instead of arguing a position, and sticking with it..
