Coco - Omg!!

Super montage is having trouble getting thier shit together. My open P+L has me short 9,000 shares from 47 dollars. I have already been confirmed flat from the tech dept.

NASDAQ is a joke.

You're kidding me - they don't even call when a trade is busted? What if someone bought and then went out for lunch or something?

Yeah, I was getting ready to take a nap and call it quits for the day when I saw the bulletin on CNBC.

Htrader, what's this costing you, about $50K?

It "cost" me $39k on the busted 3000 shares.

to avoid EQUITY TRADING ALTOGETHER, and concentrate on E-Minis and T-Bonds.

While the COCO debacle was going on for 2 hours, the T-Bond futures ran another $1,000 per contract on tip of their earlier gains off the weak unemployment number, and just eased $500.00 per contract heading into the close.

Punch up the March Bond Contract and you will not want to ever trade a stock again!

:p

To all posters:
I know your posts relate to the problems with COCO and the NAZ busting trades, but if you take a moment look at the other stocks in the sector ESI, Univ of Phoenix, ITT, etc you may see that there is an opportunity there.

Based on experience, I wouldn't be so quick to jump into this sector. It has been pushed to very high valuations. Now that the spotlight is on, there is a good probability that the stocks are going to be leveling at more reasonable PEs.

I'm still long half my COCO bought in the 52s - it's now trading 56.90. Let me know next time the T-bond moves 4 points in one day :D

In case you didn't know, each bond tick is worth $31.25 and there are 32 ticks in a full point.

Today's range was $2,312.00 on ONE MEASILY CONTRACT.

GET REAL!

:D
