CNN sues President Trump and top White House aides for barring Jim Acosta

I think that when you have an idiot in the White House, the proper thing for respectable journalists to do is to report it to the American people. When the president says or does stupid shit, a responsible journalist will doggedly report it. That CNN is doing it every day only goes to show you the frequency with which Trump does and says stupid shit.

Spot on, sure Acosta is behaving in a trollish way because the bear easily lashes out when poked, but I don't fault him for exposing the disaster that is Trump. The ban is the cherry on top and the lawsuit is CNN calling Trump's bluff.

I have a lot of respect for Sarah Sanders. She has endured crap from these asshole journalists that no government official should have to take. Enough is enough however. Trump should move her to some cush administration job where she can cash in big later.

I happen to have the perfect replacement for her as well.

Occasionally something surprising actually happens.
The head of Fox News said on Wednesday that the cable news network is joining more than a dozen other media outlets in supporting rival CNN in its lawsuit against President Trump over the White House’s decision to revoke access for correspondent Jim Acosta.

“Fox News supports CNN in its legal effort to regain its White House reporter’s press credential,” Fox News President Jay Wallace said in a statement. “Secret Service passes for working White House journalists should never be weaponized. While we don’t condone the growing antagonistic tone by both the President and the press at recent media avails, we do support a free press, access and open exchanges for the American people.”
