CNN sues President Trump and top White House aides for barring Jim Acosta

Trump's authority to be an ass in public and Ass-in-Chief comes from the Constitution, including Article 2 and the Electoral College.

CNN - in turn- has the authority to ask Trump to leave when he is over at CNN, which is - like what?- not much these days, eh?

See if you can spot the difference.
I said credibility not authority. See if you can spot the difference.

Nope. Actual authority is credible authority.

You are trying to view it from the lefty point of view which says that authority is not credible unless you believe and feel that it is. You know, for example, your ilk believes that Trump is not credibly the President. That's fine. It matters somewhere, on some planet.

Nope. I'm trying to view it like the words have different meanings, which they do. I know, I know, words are hard.

How about a simple White House press corp rule for reporters - Thou shall not behave like an ass.

Acosta would last under 20 seconds.

Equal protection under the law would bar Trump from exercising this guideline.

If Trump goes over and visits CNN then they can feel free to chuck him out.

CNN better remember that they are in Trump's house.

Just remember what Obama said...

I think it would be great to allow Acosta back in and then NEVER EVER EVER
Call on him.
Maybe CNN would then cry: ‘the teacher never called on me in class, wahhhhhhhhh’
