Yup. Willingness to go where dems would not go as well. The dems chronically complained to the media that they were giving all the air time to Trump. To which, many would reply "well trump not only says things that are newsworthy but he shows up for interviews on all networks every day for one on one interviews. But when we invite hillary she will not come." So it is not just the twitter thing- although there is certainly that- but he has used the traditional routes too such as talking to the press and going to wisconsin and michigan to campaign. Something that the Annoited One would not do. Obama did it bigly like trump and Obama won too. See how it works hillary?

Correction: CNN is helping to create a hot story for ratings - to the point where they have become part of the story. One of the primary taboos in journalism. Not that the CNN hacks are journalists, but it applies to those aspire to professional ethics.

That would be what....the same Intelligence Committee...that is requesting information on who requested the unmasking and then who lowered the classification level on it to help disseminate the leaking?

You are the one who does not understand. Both the requester and the one/s approving the request were Obama underlings - rather than "no underling."

As I said, we need a thorough investigation on this and it is coming. You don't have an issue with investigating it do you. Oh, I see. Therein lies some of what the committee/s will look at especially with Trey Gowdy.

It's gets a bit more complicated though. People may have the legal authority to request an unmasking and another party may have the legal authority to grant an unmasking upon the request but that does not make the whole thing lawful unless the stated basis for the request for truthful, non-fraudulent and not just a ruse to go after political enemies. That is what needs to be investigated- so these circular assertions here by lefties that someone does or does not have authority are half-baked. A person such as rice may not have final authority but she or whoever requests such are thing are responsible for providing the basis and argument for doing so, which the person of final authority may rely upon. Also- and I dont want to get too deep into the weeds here- but it is also incorrect to assume that Rice did not or never has final authority. The request is made to the agency that originally had it masked and then if they agree that it can be unmasked and no other agency objects then it can be done. Without doubt there have been times when Susan Rice has been the one requesting that something be masked, in which case she would be the lead decider, not the requester, if some other agency wanted it unmasked.

The committee can look at all this. Even if there is nothing to it, it is good to witch hunt rice for a while and several other people just let them know that this is not going to just be a spectator sport where you watch trump get pounded.

Who cares what the committee wants to know? This is the same committee that investigated Benghazi for four years and came up with nothing.

And as for witchunts, you may want to tell Trump's DOJ that Mueller (the guy they appointed) is on a witchhunt

I think we can safely surmise that if Karl Rove and Dick Cheney had been secretly using intelligence intercepts to pry into the Obama campaign, the democrats would have gone ballistic and demanded a special prosecutor, at the minimum.

Obama trashed many prudential traditions that existed to keep the parties and branches of government more or less co-existing peacefully. Perhaps the most egregious example is getting involved in spying on the other party's presidential candidate, then orchestrating a leak campaign to handicap that candidate when he had won the election.

A congressional investigation is not going to cut it. We need a special counsel to do a full blown criminal investigation, prosecute a few people and hopefully send them to jail. Obama and his operatives have clearly forfeited any deference due them as members of the prior administration. Thanks again Obama for making our country even more third world.
