This is seriously sick shit in the name of tolerance, im all for gays being married and doing whatever the fuck they want, with that said, sorry, you have to draw the line somewhere, there is no parent in their right mind who wants a dude showering with their daughters, and its sooooooo fucking obvious how this is going to get abused. The first time a male pedophile in a dress molests a 12 year old girl in a change room that they are now allowed into, the liberals will throw their hands in the air and wonder how it possibly could have happened, then they will say "statistically most trannies dont molest 12 year olds, as if thats some kind of consolation to the girls who do get raped, as a direct result of placing men in the bathroom with little girls.
Im 6'4 and 280 pounds,(293 if im being honest) I was born a bigger guy with a big appetite, i dont fit into most booths at restaraunts, i usually have to pull a chair up to the outside, that doesnt mean i have the right to tell a restaraunt they need to change all their booths to accomodate me, this shit is fucking insane.
So saying "I was born this way" doesnt give you free reign to do whatever the hell you want, sorry but life doesnt give you everything you want, and sometimes you have to be put in uncomfortable positions because of the way you were born.
I guess i should just start telling them i "identify" as an anorexic twelve year old, so they fix the booths at restaraunts for me.

Consider TRT through a doc. Weight just falls off. I can cheat 3-4 times a week too. Heaven buddy
I got to lose about 50-60 pounds, i was fine with my weight at 240, i worked my ass off when i was younger to try to get abs, i now realise its something that will most likely never happen with me, im just a naturally bigger person.
Problem with me is its soooooo hard to diet all weeek and starve myself, only 600 calories a day, and sooooo easy to fall apart and grab a bottle and a pizza on friday and blow the whole week out, its real hard after a tough week of trading to not fuck myself on fridays, lol. Im literally doing the worst thing for myself probably slow my metabolism down for a week then pile it on on friday then back to the diet.
I still play hockey, golf and baseball in the summers, and skiing once in a while in the winter so im still in decent shape, just 50pounds heavier then i used to be.
I know, i know now im justifying it, lol, bottom line ive tried everything i hate working out, at home i have a treadmill i hit twice a day to just try to get some movement in while trading, but still need to do more.

Laces and Max...take this from an old boxer...try drinking unfiltered (with the MOTHER) apple cider vinegar/warm water before every meal. Doesn't taste that great, but the concoction limits how many carbs will be absorbed by the body...great for diabetics too! P.S. Rinse with baking soda and warm water right after...vinegar will rot teeth! Good Luck!!!!!

The problem with baking soda is the aluminum in it...not too good for us! That's why I don't actually put it down my throat, but I've heard there may be an aluminum free baking soda out there...I haven't found it yet.
