re the SEC...do some research...even to get an investigation going takes more effort than it is worth...nasd...then maybe..

I think what cramer has going is great...for him ...mostly...

and I have no problem and do sell and short his rallies...and have made money...and intend to.

I can tell you personally I have had several banks and brokers over the years...legally? screw me for well over 1musd...

legal battles don't recoup much and in fact usually nothing...

most bankers will tell you the have a licence to steal..

sir if you are going to quote me at least do it correctly...

the above was in reference to tasr..a 10,000 share positon is not a lot of money...especially if I have received funds from the writting of an option. I am paid to take some of my positions.

re tasr... I believe it to be a safe bet....trade and see tasr being 15/20 dollars before year end...

maybe we should ask cramer..?
 
I still think it'll run, I bought during his radio so I am up like 1.3% as it is and I will try to sell After Hours when he pumps early in his show.

There was a big 2nd volume spike from 15:10 to 15:20 (the 1st was 14:10 to 14:20). Also, the biggest price spike was from 15:55 to 16:05. I wonder if the second wave is coming off the recap or replay on TSC.
