CNBC - Cramer's Mad Money

lol.

With a website, radio show, and TV show it is safe to assume that Cramer has a team of lawyers making sure everything he says and does is above board and in compliance.

You conspiracy theorists who think he is a scammer, front-runner, or giving out picks to a group of buddies are insane.

Have you guys ever thought of putting all of that effort you exert bashing Cramer and other successful people into developing an edge that will allow you to become a money-making trader?

Never said there was a conspiracy. I just noticed people frontrunning his show. And it turns out they are doing just that using his alternate show formats (i.e., radio).

By the way, thanks for using a condescending attitude everytime you post.

Of course I'm condescending, you continue to imply wrongly that Cramer could be doing it illegally. Now, you claim that a widely available public forum like the radio and the internet constitute "frontrunning," a word that has negative conotations, as does "legal means or not" and "pumped."

I never said what he was doing was illegal. People are frontrunning other stupid people. They know in advance what Cramer will say on his television show. Since I didn't know at the time that Cramer says the same stuff on his radio show, I used "legal means or not." Now that I know, it is of course legal.

However, it does seem slimy to me though. At least he should warn his television audience that he has given the same advice previously.

Your terminology speaks for itself as a lame attempt to indict Cramer.

Slimy? You really have it in for ol' JC. Since Cramer has mentioned his radio show plenty of times, I would think that it's pretty obvious to the Mad Money viewers that he has one. And how many times has he mentioned TheStreet.Com, where the radio show is quite blatantly listed right on the front/home page? In any event, Cramer's audience is not a group of daytraders that are going to get pissed off about this supposed "edge." They're mostly followers to some degree of Cramer's rotational sector swing trading.

Look dude, I am not indicting anybody. I don't have it in for Cramer. I find him entertaining. I have never traded off his Mad Money show, nor his radio show. Get off your pedestal.

On his TV show he seems like he sincerely wants to make his viewers money. An unsophisticated viewer would just buy/sell on his TV recommendation. I have watched the show many times and Cramer has never said, "You know, I said this an hour earlier on my radio show. So you might not want to be paying up 50 cents in the aftermarket for this stock because you will just be giving money to all the people who listen to my radio show who bought/sold earlier." If he were so interested in making or saving money for his TV viewers, he might mention this sort of thing. It is obvious that a lot of them don't know about it considering there is one price surge in the aftermarket (the radio following) followed by a second wave (the TV following).

I just bought TWX Monday, couple of hours before Cramer started to talk about it.


Maybe Cramer is looking at my blog or something :D

Anyway.. some of his picks seem ok.. Following technical indicators/price action, Cramer seems to choose good trades..

Now the question is... does the publicity makes them actually going up or is just normal mass psychology working?

Well, he does mention he has a radio show and the time it comes on. Now, what do you think he talks about on the radio? Crochet perhaps? Further, do you think the viewers really give a crap about "paying up 50 cents" when SHLD and GOOG are up +100 points? Cramerites are looking for returns of 10-25% in the short term rotation of, generally, several months.
