It seems like a gift to me. I would take those warrants. Priced at 115 and exercisable anytime within 5 years. Rich people get all the great deals.
 
Although Buffet did not BUY common stock, he wanted to get some bang while there was no shorting.

This will help the market, but wake me up when shorting comes back, because I am shorting strength in some stock. It will not be Goldman, because I do not and have never traded stocks priced with 3 digits.
