I cannot raise a stop limit above my initial entry price, thus I can't "lock in" profits, this has cost me...

Am I doing something wrong, or has the platform been engineered this way?
 
I'm also getting "rate not valid for conditional parent order" when trying to enter a stop...

This platform is frustratring me :)

Anybody know why these two restrictions apply?

These are SERIOUS issues for me as I need to implement Risk Management!!!
