If anyone has information about lawsuits pending I will be interested.

I ran a legit fx-spot operation in the past. I wish you luck against CMS, but the cards are stacked against you in an unregulated, dealer market.

Thank you.

Drives my point all the more. Unregulated market that the SEC will wake up to the Corruption within these Fake Markets.

Driven by Greedy Groups Such as CMS FX.

Well by law I have 3 years to report my claim, and we will see what takes place. When A lawyer steps up, I will be waiting to climb on board to prosecute these guys. Remember 5 years 10,000 JAIL TIME

If your trades were sound, then how could they trade against you and make money? Wouldn't they be on the wrong side of the trade?

Trades were Sound,
For Market Conditions.

They artificially drove the price against my position.

Thats end of story.

Not One time.

Many Times over and over.

Account Size was 5,000

As Soon as SEC moves in to regulate.

And a Attorney, takes the case.

CMS FX will go under from bad press.
THE LAW states not to lie, cheat, or steal.

Reputation is Ruin!
RUN your scam Else where.

The Entire group I was with have closed out all of their accounts and moved funds else where.

JC

So you're saying that they drove the trillion dollar currency market in one direction or another just so they could get your $5000????

Were their quotes out of line with the 'market'?

Please elaborate.
