Very Florida. At 2m I'm surprised it has not happened to me. I have to limbo down part a firestairs in our building where they screwed up the ratio of the steps as its face grate from the ascending section.

That report says year over year prices up 6%, in a year where US stock markets dropped 17-27%. If people sell at a significant discount to today's prices where will they live ? Rents are through the roof ( like doubled in 5 years some communities ) you could own cheaper. Oh wait ... .

Good charts, though the last one is misleading. The SoL is higher in Canada because the Rocky Mountains still have grizz.
