CMKX - major squeeeeeze coming?

Not sure if you're joking about the title.

"Among other things, the transfer agent confirmed that CMKM had more than 778.5 billion shares outstanding as of Dec. 31, 2004."

Currently under SEC investigation. Massive dilution and no one knows how many shares are really outstanding.

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. Can I make this any clearer?

Let's say it trades for a penny, it would have a market capitalization of $7.8 billion. Maybe you could explain what the company is doing that would justify that level of market capitalization.
