CME waived fees for EMD?

Looks like CME waived Globex and clearing fees for Emini Midcap 400 (EMD). How does your broker handle this? How much money does a customer save for each EMD contract? Thanks for sharing.

Its up to your broker if they pass this on to you or not, you will have to speak to them.

I think IB charge roughly 90 cents on top of the exchange fees (less if you do high volume, starting at more than 300 contracts a month). If IB were passing this on and you were a customer you would probably need to be on their unbundled tarrif to get the benefit.

The CME fee on emini equity contracts is $1.14 a side. To be able to benefit from the fee waiver you have to be on a commission plus exchanges fees basis. At IB it would be the unbundled basis.
