I got through to trading desk he tried to tell me there was no trading at all and was not an IB issue!

Received same IB Bulletin - DOM spitting and sputtering with little change in price.

Its a joke, price is moving so it has to be an IB issue. Does anyone know if its possible to seek compensation from this outage?
