I'm unsure whether the platform is going to suddenly come to life, or if I need to keep re-booting it.
A gap in either direction after restart might cause a bit of panic?

The market will be re opened in an orderly fashion with an announced pre open and market open. They don’t just flip a switch and let everything unload

CME direct is great for options, but more of a beta platform. No accounting update, no position management, no margin etc. I used it in 2017 and it was down often.

CME Group has identified the technical issue and is working to resolve it. When the iLink gateways are restarted they will be in the normal primary/backup configuration.

We will publish the pre-open and opening times shortly.
