Just a quick question about trading hours coming up

Wednesday, November 26
1515 CT – Regular CME Globex close for trade date Wednesday, November 26
1530 CT – Regular CME Globex open for trade date Friday, November 28
Note: Day/Session orders entered after 1530 CT on Wednesday are for trade date
Friday, November 28 and will continue working until Friday’s close at 1215 CT
Thursday, November 27
1030 CT – CME Globex trading halt
• Futures: Order entry, modification and cancellation allowed
• Options: Only cancellation allowed
1700 CT – Halted CME Equity products on CME Globex resume trading
Friday, November 28
1215 CT – Early CME Globex close for trade date Friday, November 28

I thought it would be completely closed Thurs 27th and just start at 6am ET on Friday (this is how they do it for xmas, new year's etc?

But anyway, does it mean that after 1030 CT trading halt, you cannot trade ES or will it be the "light blue" thing like in the pre-opening cross stuff?
