CME cocoa - new product

Thought might be worth opening up a new thread concerning the incoming cocoa contacts via CME

I will be recording the price ladder/s just to see how a new product behaves. I imagine this is a rare opportunity to see a market in action at its infancy.

Borsa Italiana launched durum wheat futures contracts 2 or 3 years, while CME group was launching Black Sea wheat as well as palmoil contracts futures, and Euronext LIFFE was launching milk powder contracts. Euronext LIFFE launched
rapemeal and rapeoil futures contracts late last year .... just to cite few, and sticking to ags ...

Speaking of various futures markets, I'm surprised there aren't junk bond futures to track the Merrill Lynch Masters High Yield Index.

Also, why did the CME real estate futures not take off? Shocked at their low volume.

talk about throwing it at the wall and see what sticks. Doesn't the cme introduce a new contract about once a week? Oh well, they hit it big with that S&P 500.
