His Niece, who is a Psychologist characterized Trump "as the most dangerous man in American", but she is not a psychiatrist either. She is a Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist. Her Ph.D. degree is from Adelphi University founded in 1896. You may prefer to characterize Trump as a "stable genius", the same as he characterizes himself.
How a person characterizes Donald Trump reveals a surprising amount about how well informed they are. I know it reveals a tremendous amount about how well informed I am.

The way these large operations work, planning and logistics for the Ukraine invasion would have had to begin during Stray Orange Hair's reign of detached weakness.
