Wowser are you scalping SpecX? I had days like where i traded 80x80 ES and i was not a scalper. Sometimes these choppy limited range days can get the best of you, over trading on days like this used to happen to me often.

That is why i simply left the screens for a long time today because i was expecting the balance consolidation after the first rally failed to break 35.

Taking too many trades just kills my analysis, my mind and everything else - ends up leaving angry for the day. Try to limit the number of trades you do or take a break from screens on days like this, especially from 11:30 to 13:30.

Calling it a day here. Got lucky with 2 nice trades today which made my dollars.

5x5 ES traded.
+13 ES points
Net: +$626.00

Market is looking very weak right now. It will be very interesting to see which way we open.

Ideally i would like some more consolidation around yesterday's range.

I am on sidelines on both accounts.
 
I don't think i will be trading today however which is a shame considering my recent good form.

I think i have blown out my knee again, went to the gym in the morning and it simply gave way on a heavy set of squats. Lucky for the power cage otherwise i would have been flattened :D

Will be off to see my knee specialist during RTH so may miss most of the day as he has scheduled a few scans. Most likely i have Meniscus tear, i hope my ACL is not ruptured again. If so will be back in surgery as soon as i can to get this sorted.
 
Here is a simple 15min chart. Its seems to be bouncing of that lower trend line and coiling.

Ideally a nice buy 1310-1312 region.

15min is still in a downtrend so no longs in my swing account just yet.

If we break below that 1310 region then i really have no idea how much lower we can go. It is coiling here so i am sure there will be a big move to upside or downside hopefully sometime this week.

Another view of the daily which seems to be approaching the big buy zone here.

Still in a sideways range between 1310 -1400.

Nothing much changed here - really want to see how we react of that buy zone, it may provide an excellent swing long opportunity.

Okay guys i think i am going to relax for awhile - knee has swollen up and feeling very messed up.
