The "IRS" if that is what he means, keeps track of CASH BUY INS OF $10K A DAY OR MORE and they don't care how much you win. There is nothing from stopping anyone from not cashing out all their winnings at one time anyway. The whole post is inaccurate.

BTW what exactly are "casinoes" are they gambling boats that look like "canoes"?
