Closed-end Fund Income Investing

It is the time of year to start getting into funds going through tax-loss selling! I'm wondering if anyone sees any CEFs that are artificially low, and a bargain, as a result of tax-loss selling. Thanks!

All investments can lose money, I think that fact is quite obvious. I never said these were risk-free. The point is to put the time in selecting the right funds and diversifying your risk as much as possible. Long-term bond funds lost money but not shirt-duration funds. Look at the first post where I discuss choosing funds in line with current or expected market conditions. The point of this thread is to discuss different CEFs and look at them as income investments. But they certainly are not risk-free. Due diligence is required and I look at the detailed fund reports as well as the fund annual reports.

Hi

What is the lowest risk to higest reward ratio set of strategies you can devise on index futures?let us say on $100k invested , what is maximum drawdown risk and maximum reward.

As an example , my risk on 100k is $15,000 but my reward is $40,000 , but this is only 40% on 100k.I am looking for this type of answer.
