is at war, than the captured enemies are captured
... soldiers. if it does not make a difference if they
represent a country and consequently wear uniforms
for the administration to call it "war", than this must
account as well, when it comes to "are they soldiers,
captured in war".
do not get me wrong. the administration tries to make
this a case of semental hair splitting, but this is very
fundamental. "these" semantics dismantle the true
nature of this administration.

the best as far as i know is senusal isolation. remember
these masks/caps all over the face? these ruin a person
from inside out within days. it simply destroys the whole
