Is inciting violence legal?

"I mean honestly, it's not hard to get some of these assholes to pop off. It's a matter of showing up, to want to get into the rally, in a Planned Parenthood t-shirt. Or, Trump is a Nazi, you know. You can message to draw them out, and draw them to punch you."

This is no surprise. Democrats are the party of violence.
 
I actually feel bad that for months I blamed bernie supporters for being the hateful intolerant ones. Turns out it was Clinton trying to sabotage both sides. She was trying to make Bernouts and Trump supporters look like violent mobs, when it was her the whole time. This election should've been Sanders vs Trump. I mean, I don't like Bernie Sanders policies one bit, but to rig it against Bernie like that was really really unfair.
 
Conspiring to incite violence to obstruct an election rally is clearly a federal civil rights violation. Trump could file a lawsuit for damages and if he got a fair judge, ie not a democrat, he would stand a good chance of winning.

It is frightening that our politics have descended to this level. Thanks a lot Barrack and Hilary, what a legacy.
