In Flags of Our Fathers, Eastwood says, yes, there was a small detachment of black troops on Iwo Jima as a part of a munitions company, "but they didn't raise the flag. The story is Flags of Our Fathers, the famous flag-raising picture, and they didn't do that.

Just ridiculous that Clint even had to address Spike's comments...the next thing you know, ol Spike will be complaining why there aren't any black heroes in Jet Li movies about ancient China, or movies like Troy and Alexander.

Clint is obviously a racist for not focusing his movie on the black troops in the munitions company.
