If the choice is warm or cool we should all hope for a bit warmer.

But with the prospect of 10 billion people on the earth... we better start protection our source of fish, our drinking and cultivating water and our air.

Since the air is warmer and has more water vapor precip events are getting more extreme. Yes this storm was effected by global warming, as all weather events now are.

Where are all of these high intensity hurricanes? Hurricanes have been in a decline for over a decade. Florida has not endured a hurricane for a decade - the last one was Wilma in 2005. The last major hurricane to hit the Southeast was in 2005 (hurricane list by state - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_hurricanes).

Yeah, I know the truth is inconvenient but the reality is that"global warming" is not causing more high intensity hurricanes. Just like most of your assertions this is all hype and no facts.
