Fox News Apologized To Greta Thunberg After A Pundit Called Her "Mentally Ill"
The comment was "disgraceful," a Fox News statement said.

Fox News apologized to 16-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg on Monday after a conservative pundit called her a "mentally ill Swedish child."

Thunberg, who has Asperger's syndrome, delivered a powerful speech at the United Nations earlier in the day about the impact of climate change on her generation. The speech was then the subject of a segment on Fox News' The Story, featuring reaction from conservative writer and the Daily Wire host Michael Knowles and progressive podcast host Chris Hahn.

"The climate hysteria movement is not about science," Knowles said. "If it were about science, it would be led by scientists, rather than by politicians and a mentally ill Swedish child who is being exploited by her parents and by the international left."

Hahn told Knowles he should be ashamed.

"Relax, skinny boy. I got this," he said as Knowles began to interrupt. "You're attacking a child. You're a grown man."

Knowles continued: "She is mentally ill. She has autism. She has obsessive-compulsive disorder. She has selective mutism. She had depression."

Fox News apologized for the comments on Monday night and said the network had “no plans" for Knowles to appear as a guest on future shows. In addition to on-air appearances, Knowles writes opinion articles on FoxNews.com.

The above illustrates the left's human shield strategy. They send out victims of some tragedy, children or if they really hit the jackpot, a child whose school was victimized, to spout leftwing drivel and try to guilt-trip people. Since much of the population now bases its opinions purely on emotion and what celebrities tell them, it is effective. When someone dares to object or actually criticize the spokesperson, of course they are them hissed at for "attacking a child."

In other news, the Murdoch boys are really destroying Fox News. Roger Ailes must be spinning in his grave.

Perhaps they can convince her to come out as trans.They love taking emotional unbalanced and/or distraught people knowing most people will be afraid to criticize such a person. Think Cindy Sheehan among others. They'll toss this kid aside when her usefulness to the cause is done.

I just watched it. More gibberish being spewed by an obviously brainwashed kid. Mass extinction, ice is melting, we're all gonna' die, etc., etc. The left should be ashamed of themselves for using this child. Then again, these are the same people telling 5 year old kids that they might be a boy, they might be a girl, they might be neither or both, so expecting any sense of responsibility to the mental heath of a child is long gone.

Why would you antagonize a child for having a medical condition?
