can we clean up two areas of user recommendations?

one is the brokerages. the recent spammer / multi-alias person kept disaparaging one broker...can a person who is banned from ET have their "reviews" eliminated as well?

also - can we ban authors from including reviews on their own books/videos in the "review" section? there's already a spot in the message board for links to other publications reviews.

any chance the author one can be taken care of? pm if you need more info...
