Classified docs contradict Nunes surveillance claims, GOP and Dem sources say

Wikileaks docs several days ago showed that the tunnel we bombed last week with the moab was constructed by the CIA while it was involved in a previous war.

Isn't the CIA supposed to be about intel? What does constructing tunnels during war have to do with intel?

The CIA is prosecuting wars and it's all in secret. The public doesn't get to know.
It's outlandish.
