In Gallup or aggregate polls he is not.He has never had a 51% or higher approval rating in Gallup or aggregate polls,the only President never to do so since polling began in the 1930's

as a foreigner living in the middle east you might not know about a third party candidate named Ross Perot. I voted for him because Bush Sr. lied about not raising taxes.
