Where can I find weekly inventories for CL and NG. What news sources are best for this data when it becomes available?

Both are available as they are released, free of charge, via the DOE's EIA website.

If you are going to be trading around the numbers I would suggest finding a platform that provides Dow Jones Energy News. Furthermore, DJ also provides numerous reports/stories throughout the day (e.g. refinery outages, color on the cash markets, etc).
