Two reasons. Because you said is there any reason we can't go to 99 tomorrow and every time you mention the big follow though moves it fizzles out and does the opposite
But seriously 98 is the big picture line in the sand if you will. Chances are it isn't just going to go straight there because that would be to easy. If it does go there I will add to the short. If it goes above 98.50 I lose the battle. I simply think we'll see 95.20 or lower before the week is over.
API reported a 12 million barrel drawdown in oil supply. This must be some sort of holiday mistake.

It will be a long time before the EIA comes out to confirm or debunk this number (13 and a half hours actually).
