Well, my account got suspended and I got fined $ 200 for trading last day of crude even though I saw other people trading it. Sucks since I made money ever day this week trading ES and CL. They told me to switch a few days before it expires. Fine, but they don't need to fine me. If they don't want people to trade last day, then don't allow trades for that day. I wish there was something on Ninja Trader that will warn me or prevent trading.

I guess the only good news is that I missed out on a possible losing long trade while they on ES while I got my account reopened then went long ES for a profit.
