so is the dollar considered to be "broken out" ? 84 seems like a given but a test of that weekly TL would be nice. For today I would expect a bounce to 85.60 and the let the carnage continue at 2:00. If it closes above 85.60 then I know I'm wrong and it will be time to implement plan B
