you can click on those 87 puts and get quick chart ,reduce it to 5 or 1 min and it will show you vol and direction of the price change, let ya know if it was a big seller /buyer
 
there is a thing for option times and sales at the bottom of the trade screen but nothing is ever there, maybe it's an eod thing?

You can view times and sale of option in tos charts, here is me adding an 87 put.

that order book might be for your trades ,only works after a fill or cxl, maybe,just guessing,haven't traded options since 07 0r 8?,tend to forget everything
