I had a limit order in at 9200, since most of the time, I don't watch the market. However, this time i WAS watching the market and saw it just doing nothing, just back and fro around 9150-9165.

Market up quite strongly already, some emotional crap due to my earlier loss all sort of told me to exit.

Not particularly scientific, eh?
