if you want to take the time,6 months or so,hand chart it on a graph paper notebook,seeing it move back and forth from the nips,cleaves and ledges intraday willl make a believer out of you,it's hard to trust anything this simple,but after a few months your hand will be waiting to fill in the spaces ,telling you where the mrkt is going
