Here's my otherwise worthless 2-cents. Just as Buddha needed his time of meditation in order to reach enlightenment, some folks require isolation from the world to become better traders.

Well, it's called "insurance". Ain't so sure about it's effectiveness though. Anyway, now that the market is about the go down the drain, I'm kinda devising a new plan that includes hedging, something that never really occurred to me before.
