which time frame you look at for patterns like hns etc.. and take trades

there are longer term traders like V, schizo, ammo and picasso that like to stand in the background. otherwise i think 'tis just u and me buddy.

i primarily trade off of 3 min chart but i have 5, 15, 30 and 60 min charts open just so i can see what da heck is going on longer term.
