Depends on which time frame one is trading OR. Which time frame you look at 10, 15 etc... minutes
Just a general observation. CL mostly rotates in 100 ticks rotation between key levels. For example, 85.42 to 86.42, 86.42 to87.46 etc..
Buyer may step in at 85.45 area again or if that level is not held, just per 100 ticks rule , next target will be 85.45 area etc..
