CL Redux

Quote from JoshDance:

Geez what a crazy instrument it is. Down, down, down, and NO pullbacks (not one 1-minute bar low broken from the low until 70 ticks higher).....

crazy instrument ? or manipulated instrument. Its not exactly 'efficient' price action

How about crazy manipulated? :D Good point kid. I shouldn't complain and should have just hopped on board to go up...

As NoDoji said: Once you sell your soul to CL, there is nothing else like it. :D
I am thoroughly agreed.

Anyone play the move up starting at 1325 ET? If so, where did you enter or add?

That bottom bar on your chart was a fantastic long signal for me, the buying volume just came in beautifully, but I was convinced that it would break the bar high and retrace 5 to 10 ticks down so I waited, and it never came back. THEN, I was too busy complaining about it on here to actually enter, so I did not get involved in it. But it was just perfect at the bottom. There were other places where buying came in on the way down, but just the momentum of the tape and volume said "buy me," but I was stubborn and wanted a "deal" which I never got.

Josh,

I took the signal at .13 but exited way too early at .33.......... Really frustrating to leave that much on the table and several other good places to add..

thats all in your head, market can't feel it,it'll never go away, but learning to put it 2nd to the charts is an advantage, nodoji mentioned it often as a turning point

The good news is, I stopped searching quite some time ago for the magic pill, method, indicator, etc., and realized that the success or failures I have are due to my own brain and attitudes, so at least I'm aware of this. Actually acting on it is of course much more difficult, but I feel at least half the battle is won already--each day I become more and more aware of what I need to work on so it's progress.
