Here are my trades today FWIW. Up $607 so not too bad for a couple of hours work.![]()
Glad you're doing well. Just keep learning. Keep thinking about what happened on each trade - what made you enter where you did, what was happening while you were in it both in your own mind and with the price action itself, what made you exit when you did, etc. Then we get better.Quote from JoshDance:
Nice job BCE -- also having my best day of the week today too. I was short .36 on that last trade you made, and stopped out at .41, yes to the tick... had a beautiful short on the previous high at .55, and took the profit at .45 when my target was actually .25... I've left so much profit on the table it's crazy.

You know actually I haven't been trading it that long. But I have been trading for a long time, although not much the last few years until recently. I was trading TF a lot and then trading that and CL. But I want to just focus on CL. The more you study an instrument the better you'll trade it. That is if you know how to trade in the first place.Quote from JoshDance:
Thanks buddy, I appreciate the encouragement. How long after first beginning trading CL before you felt "good" about trading it?
Shorting .77 if it breaks.
Just a small scalp. Sometimes if you find CL moving in unison with the index futures and then all of a sudden it doesn't, that can be a sign of what's next.
