An astute trader once told me that a trading plan is like a soul to a trader. Without it, you're only prostituting. The overall point he drove home was that it's better to lose money in a controlled manner than to make money carelessly.

Man, I was hoping for so much more than that on the break... looking for Y-high at 97.50.. went long on break at .94 and closed at .08 -- it may try again though and I will look to re-enter.
