CL Redux

Goldman Sachs and his clients must be laughing all the way to BANK today for their SELL call 2 weeks ago.

Boy what a move.

I had Long 105.0 with Stop: 104.74 when LOD was 104.81 when STOP triggered it filled at 104.58
- that is 104.74 STOP was filled at 104.58 that was start of that low to 101.08 ( if you guys see any thing between 104.74 and 104.58 let me know , I will file a Ticket with IB ) :p
- I was away from computer , BOY that STOP saved the day ..

Can somebody add 1 minute chart , I am not sure when that 99.15 LOD happened ...

When speaking of the LOD if you just wait a few minutes it goes lower. :)

I'd retire too, but I'm still in the "Holy Crap!" phase of my trading, eyes filled with wonder, mouth going, "Wow", brain wondering "Is this real?".

Best day ever!

:p

Indeed! Let's hope we'll get a repeat tomorrow...

I could get used to this.... :D

Don't normally trade CL only got 4 lot limits but bought 101.87, 101.81, 101.18 and 101.20 when it did that dump to 101.08, all my fills for that average in the same 7 seconds! Was slightly concerned and actually bailed out the average in the 101.50s, it then went straight to mid 103s, seething! Still having seen the 100 break now maybe I should just be grateful to come out green. Reminds me of the days dropping back from the $140s, proper gambling.

Isn't there a limit lock up/down on oil like there is in other commodity markets?

edit: never mind - I see that CME doubled limits into the close. Convenient that they do that as it is crashing, but would probably keep them in place if it took off!
