Yeah, I notoriously exit early, so I'm sure this is primed for another screamer. I'm thinking if we don't hold here then we are going up to the .45 - .50's area (based off of globex support potentially becoming resistance).

Well today was a little rough for me mentally. I completely hesitated on the first setup in the morning, and missed the glorious selloff completely. I then proceeded to go on a revenge trading frenzy during the one hour I've been trying to tell myself not to trade at all. Of course I dug myself into a nice hole by the end of that hour.

As soon as the 7:00 hour was over my setups kicked in like usual, and I was able to get out of the mess, but my ego took a SOLID beating this morning.

The spread between WTI and brent has narrowed to around 1150 from 1500 about 11 days ago.

two reasons

a) goldman sachs sell call is especially on Brent ( no mention of CL as it is low priced )

b) Nigeria oil supply to US refineries: fear of supply disruption , they supply to mainly US not Europe
